early check-in was possible. the room was big. breakfast had many choices. luggage storage was easy after i checked out. the staff was friendly and helpful when i ask for directions. the lobby has a nice historical charm.

the staff were friendly, they remembered our names and greeted us warmly each day. i enjoyed the turndown service with chocolates left on our pillows each evening, a lovely touch. the hotel's location was perfect, great to explore nearby attractions easily, it was amazing!
the minibar prices felt a little steep.

The location is perfect. Public transport is nearby. i found it easy to move around the city. the breakfast was great. it offered a fantastic range.
the shower doors did not prevent water from escaping! the entire bathroom floor became wet. the tv was slanted and it had a loose cable.
